Reverting to click n collect by dedault

Is ridiculous. Been caught out by it twice making me cancel the order or retracting the bid. No announcement for it as a user either. And yes, I know it's done deliberately. Can't opt out of it either. Why not just add it as a setting so those who want it can default to it?

    Inpost lockers

What happens if a buyer doesn't collect their parcel from inpost? Does ebay simple delivery cover this? Package has been delivered to its inpost destination so I feel I've done my bit as a seller to deliver,

Item Stuck at Collection Point Without a QR Code

My item was marked as delivered to collection point, yet I haven't received any QR code or collection number. I've checked the usual communication channels, but there are no updates. What can I do to successfully trigger the collection process?

Making offers/counter offers and picking click+collect

I've noticed when making offers, there is often not an option listed to select "click and collect" - only royal mail delivery or collect in person for more, even when the listing says click and collect is offered. this puts me off making offers. Is there a way round this? Today I've received an offer from a buyer, the listing says it accepts "click and collect". Normally at check out, you can pick "click and collect" and select the store but this doesn't seem possible. I want to make a counteroffer. If I click "couteroffer" I get no option to pick click and collect, it just says standard royal mail and this can't be changed, but I don't want it posted to my address, I want click and collect. I'm worried if I make a counter-offer it wil automatically go to taking my payment automatically and set the order to delivery to my home address. this has happened before for me and I don't want it to happen again. Has anyone else experienced this and know a way round it?

    Drop shop refused parcel.

Apologies if this has already been asked. My buyer selected click and collect from a shop who, when the items was delivered, refused it. It was on the click & collect list. Tracking says it's being returned to me. I think I will have to relist for her to buy again, but she will also need to pay postage again - through no fault of hers. Does she has any recourse?. Buyer protection?. Any ideas - Thank you.

Sold a 50-inch TV but eBay Simple Delivery only gives me “Medium Parcel” – what should I do?

everyone, I’ve sold a 50-inch TV on eBay and I’ve now realised there’s a problem with the postage option eBay has provided. The item has already been sold and paid for , and when I go to Get prepaid label , eBay has automatically selected: Royal Mail – Medium Parcel Maximum dimensions: 61 × 46 × 46 cm Weight selected: 5–10 kg Obviously, a 50-inch TV is much larger than this. The TV itself is approximately 111 cm wide and 62 cm high , even before adding protective packaging. I tried clicking the pencil/edit button next to Package Size , but the only option eBay gives me is still Medium Parcel . There is no large/bulky/oversized parcel option and I can’t select DHL, Parcelforce or another suitable courier. I don’t want to use the Royal Mail Medium Parcel label because the package will clearly exceed the 61 cm maximum length, and I’m worried it could be refused or cause problems in transit. I also don’t want to lose my eBay seller protection by arranging my own courier incorrectly.

Can't select "Click & Collect" when making an offer

I attempted to make an offer on an item I'm watching. The seller offers "click & collect". But when I put in my offer, I get the message "If the seller accepts, we’ll use your selected payment method to process your order.". The pre-filled box for "Post to" is my home address. The "change" link only allows me to change to a different delivery address, it doesn't have an option for "click & collect". Is there any way I can change this to "click & collect"? It's been a while since I've put in an offer. I'm sure when I last used it, the seller would get back to me first to accept the offer, then I would proceed to buy the item in the normal way, but at the reduced amount. It seems like the payment now goes through automatically if the offer is accepted. I don't see why it should affect the "click & collect option though.
