Why should I accept returns when the customer has changed their mind? I am a private seller 23 + years , twice this week I have return request despite having no return policy. Ebay option is to accept return or refund the buyer and let them keep the item. Nothing wrong with items , multiple pictures, I even paid for 24 hour tracked for 1 so she could have it in time for a holiday!
