Which device or browser are you using?
It may just be a case of trying again a little later on, or if you are on the app or mobile browser switch if you can, to a laptop / PC and try Chrome that combo seems to work best, and there's fewer issues there.

OP1 month agoAm on PC, tried Firefox , duckduckgo & Edge all giving me the same error message . Contacted CS they tell me it will sorted in 24hrs. Seems nobody else reporting this.
Let's me update then when I try to go live I get 'Well, this is embarrassing'.

·1 month agoTry Chrome, the site is built around Chrome, so it works a little better with eBay.
Clear cache and cookies first too.
