Second chance offers
Can you still send other bidders second chance offers if the winner of the auction doesn’t pay?
I can’t seem to find the option now?

·Jul 19, 2026 at 7:58 PMYou have to deal with the original transaction first. So issue an Unpaid Item cancellation after 4 complete days to end transaction, via the dropdown actions menu alongside the item on your orders list.
After that go back to the dropdown actions menu for the item and you should see the Second Chance Offer link. If it's not there (apparently it may disappear after cancellation) click on the original listing on your orders page, then click on where it says the number of bids in the middle of the page and you'll see it alongside the bidders' IDs on the next page.
