Second Chance Offer
Hi all.
I used this in the past....
For some reason I just can’t find a pathway to it now?
This is via both iPad and main PC.
Any ideas..thanks.
Using Chrome on main pc.

·1 month ago · EditedYou have to deal with the original transaction first, eg. issue a cancellation. If it's due to non-payment use that reason and cancel after 4 complete days.
After that go to the dropdown actions menu alongside the item on your orders list and you should see a Second Chance Offer link.
If the SCO link is not there (apparently it may disappear after cancellation) click on the original listing on your orders page, then click on where it says the number of bids in the middle of the page and you'll see it alongside the bidders' IDs on the next page.

OP1 month agoThanks..so if I had two identical items…one sold and posted ..I’m sure you used to then have the option to offer the same item to the second bidder at a slightly reduced price?

·1 month agoYes, you should be able to. If you click on the more actions dropdown arrow for the sold item the SCO link should be there. If not click on where it says number of bids on the original listing and the other bidder's ID should be on next page with a SCO link next to it.
