Issues with MC011
My selling account is restricted because of MC011 . It has been restricted since May. I am working with the help of a virtual assistant.
I have read that it normally takes a week to be resolved. Is it normal to have an account restricted for mor than one month?
I need help.

·3 weeks agoYour feedback and delivery times are not reading well. If you take a look at your DSR's this will probably explain a lot.
What information are eBay asking for? What did the message state that you received your MC011.
