Glitch on Items Sold Notifications
Summary: snowsuit1999 is experiencing issues with the eBay app on Android, where sales notifications are not consistently appearing, and the "you have X items to post" alert in the selling tab is also not updating correctly. This has caused missed dispatch times, and despite reinstalling the app and ensuring notifications are enabled, the problem persists intermittently, with only some notifications being received.
Anyone having the issue where some ebay sales are not getting pop up notifications on Android and also not showing up saying "you have X items to post" in the app on the selling tab. I've sold 4 items over the weekend and only 1 is showing to post on the main selling landing page, but I click on that and there are actually 4.
I keep missing dispatch times because this is happening regularly....I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have got notifications toggled on (I get some "kerching" pop up notifications, but not for all sales 🤔 )

·1 month agoI'm finding lately some of the kerching notifications aren't coming through. However all the sales notifications are appearing in my email and on my selling screen in the app and dashboard on the laptop.
I find turning notifications for sales off and then back on again in the app settings often restarts the kerching notifications.
