Excluding destinations from postage options - nothing comes up with the exclude locations tab. | Selling

I would like to exclude some destinations from my listings.

However the drop down list does not come up when using the exclude locations tab.

So how do I exclude specific countries please.

Exclude them all, sadly, it won't make any difference to your sales unless eBay decide otherwise.
