Hi everyone,I’m looking for some advice on a feedback removal case that has been very stressful for me.I received negative feedback from a buyer who was abusive in messages, made threats, and then left feedback that I believe was unfair and misleading. The item was accurately described in the listing, including the size, but the buyer claimed it was “not as described” because it didn’t suit the purpose they wanted it for.I contacted eBay twice asking for the feedback to be removed, but both times they declined. I also tried the feedback revision request, but the buyer never responded.From my understanding, eBay’s policy says neutral or negative feedback may be removed if:the issue was correctly disclosed in the listing, orthe buyer has breached the abusive buyer policy.In this case, I believe both apply, but eBay still refused to remove it.Has anyone had any success taking this further? Is there another way to escalate it, or is there a particular department or wording that helped get it reviewed properly? I’d really appreciate any advice, as this feels very unfair and has been quite upsetting.Thank you.
