Buyer wants return but photos dispute what she is saying
Buyer requesting refund/return stating doll's feet do not pose. In the photos when selling, they clearly show the doll's feet do pose? I state on selling page no returns, what is the best way forward here?

·1 month agoHas the buyer actually opened an eBay return request and - if so - what specific reason did they select for wanting to return?

OP1 month agoThey are saying item not as described yet my listing photos show the doll exactly as described. I've issued the return postage lablel.

·1 month agoBasically as a private seller you can refuse change of mind returns.
However if they open an item not as described return you can’t refuse it even if the item is as described.
Obviously don’t suggest that is what they do, but if they do that approve the return get the item back refund and then report them for misuse of the returns policy
