Buyer says item was damaged
The buy sent me a photo of the packaging with a little rip in it and the item in side is damaged
I asked for a picture of the item without packaging
The buyer sent me a photo of the item (light) fitted to his car but it’s clearly not the light I sent him as it has scuff marks on the light and scuff mark on his car
The corner of the light has a chip out of the corner which is was he is claiming was damage in transit

·1 month agoIf it could have happened in transit and you used Simple Delivery if he opens a return using the reason "Damaged in transit" ebay will issue refund and you keep the payment, Item does not have to be returned.

I do think he is trying it on as it’s definitely not the one I sent him scuffs on the light and car side by side
