Buyer has collected it but I don't have the collection code
The buyer came to collect the item. I couldn't open my QR scanner so ended up taking a photo of the QR code to scan later. Unfortunately, the photo didn't scan. I've asked the buyer repeatedly for the 6 digit code instead so I can mark the item as collected but he's not responding. Ebay ai is proving useless at getting me an answer on resolving this. Any ideas are welcome.

·1 month agoWithout the code the payment may be held for 14 days but you will get it.

·1 month agoWithout the qr code or the numeric code - nothin ebay will do.
You will get paid eventually, but may have to wait 14 days at least.
