Buyer claiming that I only posted half of item
I am obviously too trusting!
I sold 4 ink cartridges (bought 963xXL's instead of 953xl's).
My mistake, so I took the hit and sold them on eBay at a reduced price - unopened, original HP in cartridges.
Carefully packaged and posted them at the Post Office and Evri delivered them intact.
Now the buyer claims that I only put two of them in the package!
How on earth can they get away with that!!!
Why are people so dishonest?

·1 month agoIf they're being a pain you need to go into your buyer requirements here and ensure "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" is checked. Then, go to your blocked buyer list and add their username to it. Once you have done that they won't be able to contact you unless they actually open a case.
If they have a habit of making claims like this eBay may have restricted their ability to open cases. If they do open a case you will have to provide a return label but there is a way to ensure you don't end up out of pocket once you receive whatever the buyer sends back.

OP1 month agoThank you. I have done this. I have also contacted eBay to explain what they are up to. Hopefully this will stop them repeating it!
