Hi
I need to contact ebay, preferably by email. Have tried the chat, where people were polite and tried to be helpful but did not get the issue.
In essence, I have a boat for sale which unlike other boats on ebay does not come up under boats for sale, or anything similar.
Somehow, a couple of people have found the entry, perhaps the make of boat don't know and they have bid, which is good. So I don't want the listing removed, just to be moderately visibly for terms you would expect.
I have exhausted online help. Does anyone have a working email address for ebay.

·1 month agoSometimes its worth checking on a private brower, so your own account isn't signed in and then you can see it. Works quite often for us

·1 month agoYour listing looks fine and it is in the right category. You have 4 current bids and 15 people watching so it is being seen.
6 days to go on your auction so you will probably get even more interest before it ends.

Agree the boat is being seen somehow but not for the obvious (boat for sale, boat for sale uk etc.)
I'm wondering if the secret is in the title. Notice that most people have gone for:
boats for sale uk, boat for sale, used boat for sale uk etc. for the title, rather than anything to do with their listing,
A not great plan but looks as if ebay are ranking items on the title, rather than the category. Might try to change and see what happens.

·1 month agoI would add 'boat' to the title as AI search works in mysterious ways.
