Hi all,Hoping someone here has been through something similar and found a way forward, because I've hit a wall with standard support.I sold on eBay for over 15 years, 100% feedback, 1,000+ completed transactions, mostly vintage electronics and audio gear. Earlier this year my personal account was permanently restricted. No specific reason was given — just that it had been "human reviewed" and the decision was final, with no explanation offered.Since then I've done things properly: incorporated a UK limited company (GRJAN LTD, Companies House registered), set up a UK business bank account, and registered a business seller account to trade legitimately as a company rather than an individual. That business account has now also been closed, again with no explanation.I've tried standard support, the resolution centre, and live chat — all just repeat that the decision stands and that eBay isn't required to disclose a reason. I've since sent a Subject Access Request under UK GDPR and a formal written complaint to eBay's UK registered office, but haven't had a substantive response yet.Has anyone here:Successfully appealed a "no reason given" permanent restriction?Had a UK Ltd business account closed shortly after registering, tied to a previous personal restriction?Found an escalation route (beyond standard support) that actually got a real person to look at the case?Any insight — even just knowing what usually causes this — would help.
