Update tracking
How do I change a tracking number. I don't have the option to add/edit tracking number on the drop down menu. But it has been deivered under a different tracking number. Will I get my funds?

·1 week agoIf you didn't use the Simple Delivery label provided then you can't add alternative tracking.
You will eventually get paid - though payments will be held for at least 14 days.
If the customer happens to open an Item Not Received claim - you will be able to add the tracking number you did use to the case.
