Trying to leave a buyer positive feedback
I am trying to leave feedback for a buyer but keep getting a red error message that says We can't find this transaction. Please check your transactions to give Feedback. Never had this happen before. I've tried from several different pages. It has allowed me to contact the buyer and to get the postage label. Please can anyone help me with this? Thanks Dawn

There is a ticket open with tech for users getting this error message when trying to leave feedback. They are investigating it. Once there is further information on it we will provide an update.

OPyesterday at 10:05 AMAlso I think it must be affecting buyers too as my buyer has not left feedback for the affected item even though she has left feedback for 2 of my other items.

It is impacting both buyers and sellers as the other user on this thread is a buyer in his situation. Tech are investigating it for both. I don't have a timeline on the fix but once there is more information available I'll update.

·2 days agoi just hit the same thing today (2026-09-02). several hundred transactions over the past 25 years and this is the first time i've seen that error message. the transaction is listed in my summary, but when i go to leave feedback i get the same "We can't find this transaction" error screen
i sent a message to the seller and they responded with "I have the same issue, unable to leave feedback for any item I sold last week"
any insights would be greatly appreciated...
