Q&A on a listing
Does adding seller-created Q&A to a listing have any effect on Best Match/search visibility?
I regularly add useful Q&A to my listings to answer likely buyer questions. Does anyone know whether eBay treats this as additional listing content or engagement for search ranking, or is Q&A purely displayed for buyer information? Has anyone actually tested listings with and without it?

While having this feature on your listings doesn't directly impact search its very helpful to have as it can save time and builds buyer trust. For improvements on best match/search we recommend looking at different parts of the listing such as titles, item specifics, condition, category, pricing, shipping, and overall listing quality.
