Not fake !!!!
I just sold a stone island coat that I bought from TESSUTI in Chester 30 years ago...ebay sent to see if genuine and its getting returned stating its not legit. Which is utter rubbish . Can I do anything about this as im fuming with ebay ...who have they got checking items!! Any advice will be appreciated

I understand this is frustrating, especially if you believe the item is genuine. Items in the Authenticity Guarantee program are reviewed by trained authenticators. If the authenticator determines an item is not authentic, we do not have an appeal process for that authenticity determination. Decisions are final in these situations.

OP2 weeks agoI don't believe the item is genuine i know the item is...if he had checked the Art number it would have come back as a 1997/99 coat ...I bought this from TESSUTI in Chester which is a designer clothes shop that has been going for years and still going...surely a seller has some rights over this ...they are claiming my item is fake, when it is not ..thats not right at all

I understand and I know its not the outcome you wanted. Under Authenticity Guarantee, eBay uses carefully selected, category-specific experts to physically inspect eligible items before they go to the buyer. Unfortunately in this case they were unable to verify the authenticity of your item and the decision cannot be changed.

OP2 weeks agoYour so called expert is wrong and ive investigated that im not the only one that this has happened too....something is definitely not right
