Not able to open new return request
After raising a return with the wrong return reason, ebay's AI told me to close the return request and open a new request.
I've found out this isn't possible, and I'm get not help from ebay customer's service.
Any ideas?

·2 weeks agoeBay's AI was very wrong and out of order to tell you that.
If you have proof of that in correspondence or otherwise I would get on to eBay to get them to let you re-open a case. You will need to goto help/contact and keep typing contact agent (it works better on a desktop) after a few goes hopefully you will get a screen to get a call back and discuss with them.
What was the reason for your opening a return, as if you don't get any joy from eBay, then you can turn to your payment provider.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for you suggestion, but I've spoken to customer support and they are not prepared to make any changes to allow me to open a new return request. It's up to me to sort it out with the seller.
I think after this is sorted, I'm closing my account.
