Not a full refund
I bought a laptop from this seller but the item was never sent, I contacted the seller and told me that they can’t send the item for personal reasons then they sent a refund but not a full refund, can someone explain to me how can I proceed with this, I’m trying to contact EBay to talk with a real person and I can’t find the contact, it’s all AI, many thanks

·2 weeks agoOn every listing, except for Classified ads, is eBay's 30 day MBG Money back Guarantee which if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, you are guaranteed a full refund, if an item without tracking proving otherwise, is not delivered.
If you are still in time, proceed this way:
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
