Mistaken sale entry
I've just advertised something I thought with a starting price for auction at £5 but I must have completed the form wrongly because its gone on at £5 buy it now and been snapped up! Can I do anything about that?

·2 weeks agoNo one can force you to proceed with the sale but you may get neg feedback if you don't. You could try explaining the issue to the buyer and see how they take it. Some people are more understanding than others.

·2 weeks agoyou can't be forced to actually complete the sale. However, you'll need to cancel the order which will hit your metrics and the buyer may leave negative feedback as well.
