I have received an offer to 2 of my listings. I cannot amend the listing to Best Offer. How can I proceed?

I have received offers for 2 mobile phones I have listed. I have received an offer for both phones. The buyer is asking me to send her on offer (??) or change it to Best Offer.

I cannot see how to do this - I have asked the question in various ways. I'm new to Ebay and not very techie (I'm 80yrs.old) so can anyone help

You could end one early and revise the other one to add the second phone, both at the agreed price, and so you can send them together with one postage. To revise click on the listing and use the revise link top left. To end a listing click on the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your selling list.
