Evri greyed out even though dimensions and weight within limit - how to report a bug? | Seller Tools

So I'm selling a golf club and when I listed it for sale I was able to choose Evri as the courier. Now that the item has sold it's showing Evri as greyed out even though it's within the dimensions and weight limits shown on screen for Evri. I'm also able to go to the Evri website and send the item there. So it looks like an eBay bug/defect that needs fixing. Probably one of many with their rubbish new shipping system. See the below screenshot. Who from eBay can fix this?
