eBay Shop Message

Why have I received a message to say I am no longer eligible for my eBay shop and it may be lowered to Anchor level when I only have a Basic subscription anyway seeing as Anchor is the highest level?
Anyone else had this recently and is it just a mistake? I initially saw this as an email and thought it was a scam email but then checked my eBay messages and it is in there as well so looks to be legitimate but why have I received this.

Thank you for your post.
The email you received was sent in error and does not reflect your current Shop subscription.
Your current shop subscription will remain as is and you do not need to take any action based on that message. eBay is aware of the issue and it's being reviewed.
