About cancel an order
Hi ,I post a item on ebay but buyer paid and I waited till 5he evening it was battery charged and before packing i turned it on but it doesn't work and buyer asked me why its been cancelled I told her I have new one but other is defective I removed it but she gave me very negative feedback and she saying me very abuser so I want to complaint against her and want to remove feedback please anybody can hepl me in that way ?

You can report a buyer following instructions here

·4 days agooh if you are thinking of leaving reciprocal feedback do note that 1) sellers can only leave positive feedback and 2) leaving a false positive can be reported by the buyer and can cause you more problems
You can response to the feedback left with your side of the story - though I'd be careful what you write.

·4 days agoYou can request feedback removal and you might get away with the fact it contains the word scammer - all you can do is try.
But if all the messages in the feedback are accurate, calling you crazy for expecting them to buy something that is 3x the price isn't particularly abusive - I'd be pretty annoyed to.

OP4 days agoI done but I not force her I juat ask if if you interested i list other items but it has high price. But I cancel your order i didn't hold fund.

·4 days agoIts still the buyers opinion though. All she saw was you cancelled an order and then offered her an identical product for 3x the price. That's an odd situation.
Like I say, you can try requesting the feedback be removed by contacting ebay help. Your best bet would be on the use of the word scammer - but if you can't see that what you did looks odd, then that is..well odd.
