Yodel Inpost locker issues when sending
Am I alone in not being able to get an Inpost locker to accept Yodel labelled packages
They read the number but then say it isn`t recognised - 4 lockers today I`ve tried without success, have had to drive 10 miles to a shop to do it over the counter

·3 weeks agoItems with Yodel labels can't be sent using Inpost lockers at present even though they are now the same company. That may change once they have finished rebranding Yodel to Inpost.

OP3 weeks agoThanks for letting me know. Their website keeps sending me to lockers, hopefully things will sort themselves out when the takeover is settled.

·3 weeks agoI have never been able to get a Yodel parcel to work at an InPost Locker.
I think you will have to find a shop before the label expires, I wouldn’t bank on the lockers accepting it in a few days time. I think there is still going to be clear separation between the two.

·3 weeks ago · EditedYes, it does appear from reading that announcement and the eBay Packlink help page that Store Drop Off and Locker Drop Off (both Home Delivery only) will be remaining as separate options for InPost items sent via Packlink, at least at present, probably due to the special contract prices negotiated by Packlink. If postage is purchased direct from the InPost site then either type of drop off point can be used.
