Uploading Images and postage choice a huge issue today
I have been struggling for the past few hours to upload photos and when I eventually find I have uploaded enough, I'm only offered Simple delivery which I'm not happy with using. Extremely annoying and I do hope these issues are amended soon.

As to simple postage, well you need to register as a business user and not a private

·Aug 9, 2026 at 10:22 PMHi @27icecubes You only have to use SD if your item is over £20. If it is over £20 SD is a good option anyway because of the insurance is better.
If you are not offered an option for custom postage, put a price in below £20 and change the SD option to large letter and it should come up.
Try a different browser if the upload problems persist or do the clear cookies thing etc

Only business sellers may set their own postage prices and methods.
