Unpaid items

I am a private setter and I recently had a few bad experiences. I received and accepted an offer, and then nothing happens. I don't get paid; and the accepted offer does not even show up in the record; I can not even see the Unpaid Item sign. It has happened 3 times this year, all on relatively large and expensive items. I feel I'm being trolled. I did select Require all buyers to provide a payment method before they make an offer. It's frustrating. What should I do? Thank you for your advice in advance.

·1 month agoThere isn't an unpaid item sign as such anywhere. After 4 days you'll be able to cancel any unpaid orders by selecting the 'Buyer didn't pay' reason.
Are the items you're accepting offers on showing up as Sold and the listings ended as soon as you accept though?
Can you provide an example listing number?
