I sold an item, the buyer paid for it to be delivered to a collection point, they never got a notification to say it was ready for collection, so after 2 weeks it got returned to me - You can see its journey via the full tracking information. eBay have said because the item was delivered there is nothing they can do, but my buyer still wants the item - it was eBay system that messed up. So now I have the item and the money the buyer paid me - what next ?
