UK seller can't sell a Region 1 DVD to America via Ebay Global Shipping Programme
When I listed my item the item was listed but Americans couldn't buy it which I only found out when an American contacted me to say he couldn't buy it. The listing wasn't blocked and I wasn't notified, instead the listing was just posted which is annoying.
I reported this to Ebay support but was told that item is restricted but they don't know why and can't find out why. Yet they said I could still list the item with normal shipping.
That's strange. If I can list the item with normal shipping then America obviously doesn't restrict the import of Region 1 DVDs so why would they restrict the same item via Ebay Global Shipping?
