I have a sold item where the buyer has not paid yet. If I click on his name (either his actual name or his account name) a "buyer's details" box pops up which includes the option to contact him. Clicking that opens up the usual messaging box. I have not gone beyond that point.
@papso22 above has a good point, did the buyer complete the payment? Buyer automatically receive the pick up address after paying, so I would double check that first just to be safe. Also, please note that cash is no longer accepted, the buyer will have to pay through eBay in order to complete the transaction, and receive the address.
