STILL NO ANSWER FROM EBAY AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS PROMISING ME THE ISSUE WILL BE RESOLVED
How can Ebay go about their business without been bothered about a serious issue of a seller ??
Seller Support is an absolute joke - 3 times i have been promised a phone call within 72 hours - none of these calls have been made - even though they said "we have to investigate now as its passed to Escalation Team ".
The problem i have is so serious is concerns Libel claims from ebay for them selling me a Counterfeit Item without me knowing , and when i go to list it they tell me i am selling Counterfeit items - even though it was bought on their site , i ask for their legal department and they as i said just ignore me thinking it will go away.
If you are reading SUPPOSED SELLER HELP CONTACT ME STRAIGHT AWAY , or if any other sellers have a direct email to ebay , or the address of their legal department i would be forever in your debt,
