Sold 2 items but needed to send both items to same buyer as a combined postage my laptop froze as I was choosing combined but has created the 2 postage labels as separate parcels - not sure how i can now combine these to 1 order to the customer?
I am not sure what went wrong when I was trying to combine 2 separate paid orders to send to the same buyer as I was going to send as 1 combined order and in the process my laptop froze and created the 2 separate order labels and printed them both on one page - so it has now generated both labels.

·1 month agoUnless the buyer put the items in their basket before paying that would have happened anyway. You can just send them together anyway although one will be untracked and that payment may be held for 14 days.
The alternative would be to cancel/refund the transactions with the buyer's agreement and relist with items on one listing and a single postage cost for the buyer to buy and pay again.

·1 month agoDid they purchase them separately? Looks like they were sold with Simple Delivery - so if purhased separately - then they would show as two separate orders with individual labels.

OP1 month agoyeah they were sold via Ebay simple delivery so it created 2 separate labels and unable to change this now. A learning curve!
