Simple Delivery postage labels
Always managed to get a QR code sent to my phone for scanning at the post office.
Last couple of sales, the message in green appears at the top of the screen saying QR code sent to phone but it never arrives in my inbox or junk? I'm now having to print off each label and attach myself.
I receive emails from eBay on a regular basis so they have my correct email address.
Is this something new that I missed or do I have a problem somewhere?

Hi @kitty-5221 , thanks for your patience around this.
This took a bit long because the team couldn't replicate the issue, and after multiple tests, they see everything ok from their end. According to our system, the QR have been sent as well, so I'm afraid, we wouldn't be able to take further actions at this time. Also, we haven't seen any other users or reports suggesting the same issue at the moment.
Did this just happen for those 2 orders only, or have you seen it happening again with different orders since flagging this over here?

I am not the only person having this problem!!
Other people have put the same query on the discussion forum and wendybing added a comment to my query after having the same problem.
Shame you can't do anything to help when it's not just me.

·3 weeks agoIve got a similar issue in that I no longer get an email with the label attached although when I produce it within Ebay, I get the green banner at the top of the screen saying it has been sent to my email. This has happened since 4th August. I still get other emails from Ebay so it isnt an issue with my email address

Thanks for offering to have a look. From memory, these are the order numbers I had the problem with -

I noticed that other people have had problems too and put out for discussion/replies etc
