Hi not sure if anyone else is having problems. with simple delivery. I had a parcel arrive in the US 2 weeks ago crushed in transit. but Ebay and not handling the problem, although they state they will look after damage and lose of parcels. I have again had one that arrived in LA, california and has not moved for 10 days I told the customer to report the item as not delivered and ebay are now telling me to post the item when it has already been in transit with full tracking and I expect lost. Ebays computer or AI does not do the simple check on the tracking and contact the customer. they are meant to refund the customer
