Should I still report parcel undelivered
I purchased something on eBay . It was sent Inpost and never arrived or even tracked. I told the seller I would wait one more day then report it as undelivered. The seller refunded me and asked me not to report it to eBay. Should I report it anyway so eBay know? and why would the seller be so worried about me contacting eBay?

·1 week agoI would guess that they were out of stock and it was never posted. They were worried about getting a strike on their account. Probably done it before too.

·1 week agoIf you've received your refund I'd just leave it at that.
There isn't a way to report it via an item not received claim if you've received a refund, and I'm not sure why you would.
