I'm new on this, I've sold an item and without realising I've included the post within the sale.

I've visited the post office and sent the part, so it has arrived and and conformed, but the I can't change the order to include the new Post Office tracking number.

I've shared the code to the byer on the chat, the parcel as arrived and it is confirmed, BUT the selling page timing out as it shows not posted :(

I'm sending messages to the byer but I've stopped having answers.

Could you please advcie how to raise this complain.
