I'm pretty sure the parcel is lost because the tracking shows it scanned at the post office (10 days ago) and then nothing more. (I was a bit worried about the packaging tbh but they grabbed it and scanned it before I could re-evaluate) . I'm a bit unclear as to next steps though. Does the buyer flag it as 'item not received'? Also the buyer not answering my messages is an additional issue. TIA
