Returned because they say...'I didn't like it'?
Hi there, I sell vinyl records, and recently sold 2 albums by the Sex Pistols.
The seller is returning them ( eBay sanctioned the return). His reason for doing so? 'I don't like them'!
Surely this shouldn't have been okayed by eBay? They're not faulty, or been mis-sold, so why?
Any comments or opinions would be much appreciated

·2 weeks agoI also have had this happen to me, it`s extremely annoying! People are using sellers as if they were a lending library, without seemingly having any notion (or care), about how much time and expense, and frustration. goes into sending out. and having to get back. and then relist an item. I wonder if someone would buy a book from a high street store, and then return the book saying 'I don't like it'!

Business sellers who sell online must accept returns. If you look at your listings top right is says:
30 days return. Seller pays for return postage.

·2 weeks agoYou are a Business Seller so you are legally required to accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
