Return refunds
Now that eBay have forced us to pay 50% of the return label if selling in car parts category, has anyone been partially refunding any buyers to help cover the costs especially when they buy and change there mind or bought the wrong part

·3 days agoThat would be a restocking fee - which is illegal in the UK.
If you have an issue with ebays policy - you need to price that into your sales based on your return rate.
