Postage and Royal Mail Issues
hey everyone,
i sold an item, and it was sold with this simple delivery thing ebay are doing. i dont have a printer at home, so on all my postage i do a QR code i can scan, or i do a collection.
the buyer selected royal mail tracked 48, which is no issue. i didn't get a QR code, so i selected collection. Royal mail didn't collect, and want to charge me an extra fee to collect it... i went to the post office, with the original label, to see if they could get it printed there, or even scan the QR code on the label, but they said it isn't possible.
so i had to buy a new label, to get this item posted. how can i get compensated for this label through ebay?
also, is there a way to turn off this simple delivery thing, its the worst thing ebay have done.
