Regular seller. Sold an item, buyer paid on the 6th August, posted on the 9th August. Evri. Used eBay simple delivery. Still not been delivered. Tracking number simply says ‘in transit’. Buyer asking for refund. I can prove I sent it as I used eBay delivery system.
You don't if they open the correct case no. If the item is lost in transit then advise them to open an item not received case ASAP.
If they go over 30 days from the last estimated delivery date though - they will be unable to do this. And you still don't have to do anything however if they leave it past 30 days - its their problem then.
