·1 week agoIf you paid for the original Simple Delivery label (ie. you had free postage on your listing) you can get a refund here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
If the buyer paid for it (ie. the cost of postage was on the listing) it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
