Policy Violation - how to proceed

Hi there
I tried to list an item and included a URL to the product page for the manufacturer. I didn't realised you can't include URLs so had a policy violation.
I tried to resolve the issue but removing the URL, explained the issue and clicked 'appeal' but this was 7 days ago and nothing has happened.
Now all options are greyed out, I can't end the listing or do anything with this and if I try to list the item again it fails as a 'duplicate listing'.
It's impossible to talk to anyone at eBay it seems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

·2 weeks agoCreate a new listing without the link. Change a few words around in the title. Leave the other one until you are able to remove it.
