Phantom Feedback Showing in Seller Hub

On my Seller Hub, the ‘Recent Feedback’ section shows a positive feedback comment. Clicking on it brings up the item's full item sold page which allows me to identify the item and therefore the buyer.. But when I check my full feedback page, that feedback isn’t there. The buyer's profile shows they never leave feedback at all for anyone. My ‘Posted and awaiting your Feedback’ list says I haven’t received feedback for that transaction.
Where did that feedback in the "Recent Feedback" section come from?

If it is that is automated feedback - you only see it in your feedback profile if you have the "Show automated feedback" box checked.
