Parcels going nowhere
just watched a video from a guy who sent loads of parcels by yodel and they have not gone anywhere becouse there is a new driver who comes to the shop when it is closed. so it is not his fault that the parcels have not moved from the shop i know he will have to tell ebay that the items will be delivered late. so what will happen if the items are late and it is not his fault. anyone else had the same problem

·3 weeks ago · EditedLate delivery defects should get scrubbed if they were dispatched on time. The bigger worry is buyers opening item not received cases and getting refunded in the period between now and delivery.
I think Yodel ceased to exist last week so hopefully InPost have contingency in place for delayed parcels and the labels will still work. (Edit: I have checked this and it should be ok so ignore that part).
It sounds like a nightmare for the seller.

·3 weeks agoI saw the title of that video. I haven’t watched it but I know he’s a business seller so he will be worried as he’s not protected by simple delivery.
