PARCELFORCE STOLE THE RETURNED WHEEL THEN DIDNT LET START CASE AS EBAY SENT LABEL

AS STATED HAD A BUYER RETURN AS WHEEL, NO PROBLEM I TAKE RETURNS AS PER EBAYS POLICY AND LAWS IN UK
BUT THE EBAY AGENT AUTOMATICALLY SENT THE LABEL TO BUYER , I NEVER HAD A CHANCE TO AS WOULD OF SENT A FEDEX OR UPS LABEL THEN THE COURIER FROM PARCEL FORCE SAID HE DELIVERED IT THEN 20MINS LATER SAID ITS BEEN TAKEN BACK AND 2 DAYS LATER SAID ON TRACKING ITS IN DEPOT, THIS IS ALL STATED ON TRACKING NUMBER
SO THEN RANGUP AND GOT THROUGH TO IRELAND OFFICE WERE A DU*BA** EBAY AGENT FROM IRELAND SAID HIS NOT BOTHERED I HAVE TO REFUND THE BUYER NOW OR HE WILL MAKE SURE GET A DEFECT ON MY ACCOUNT AND THAT IHAVE TO CONTACT PARCELFORCE THATS NO CONCERN OF HIS OR EBAYS
SO REFUNDED, CONTACTED PARCELFORCE WHO NOW SAID THEY CANT FIND IT SO ITS BEEN STOLEN AND IVE SUFFERED LOSS OF £220 AS THEY WONT DISCUSS NOTHING WITH ME AS ITS NOT ME THAT BOOKED THE LABEL IT WAS EBAY!!!!
SEE IF YOU CAN GET YOUR HEAD AROUND THIS, TOTAL RIPOFF
FOR ALL I KNOW THE BUYER COULD OF SENT A BRICK IN A BOX AND GOT A FREE WHEEL

OP2 weeks agoUPDATE any1 who comes across this post, i suggest you join the FSB, federation of small businesses
they give free legal advice; unlimited to protect your business and i called, its the buyers responsibility to make sure the item is returned under consumer law, so now will issue letter before legal action to the buyer as if he doesn't give my moneyback or wheel he'll b dragged to court
