Is the buyer getting it delivered to a locker or a shop? If it is to a shop then you should be alright dropping it off at a shop that takes InPost parcels and it will go store to store.
If it isn’t going to a locker at the buyers end I’d try another InPost shop first. I sent an oversized one the same way recently on another platform and it made it to buyer no problem.
Failing that, yes either cancel and suggest they re-buy with Evri or some people here send using their own method and then apply for the simple delivery postage refund. It isn’t ideal as you have to wait a few weeks to get the eBay payout and hope nothing goes wrong with the delivery.

OP1 month agoThe drop off shop refused to take it.
It apperas that I may need to cancel and ask the buyer to rebuy it and choose a diiferent method of postage.
Inpost refuse anything that is larger than 64 cm and the object was shown at 75cm. long.
Can't get through to ebay customer services.
