Paid wait to Post-Buyer has 3hrs left to shop
Can someone tell me when this came in please? Sold an item this afternoon and then was cancelled later. A bit frustrating!
Is it a new thing? Has this just started today?

·1 week agoI had no idea this was a open basket / cancel option
Now we ae supposed to keep and eye on our orders and timers - and the buyer can cancel if they wish?
The prepaid label button then underneath IF they have yet to pay does this force a payment from them to allow you to ship?
This seems daft - put it in your basket fine
Decide to buy sure
Change you mind after this and cancel the order?
Seems eBay does not care about sellers at all

·1 week agoBeen around about a month. Are you saying the customer cancelled and it cancelled automatically? Or did you still have to cancel it?
The official pages for this feature do state you don’t have to wait and can ship immediately still

OP1 week agoThe customer cancelled and I had to accept the cancellation. So it could just be coincidence. Appreciate you replying and clarifying this.
